Questions I Hear Most
Will a RyD Right bar spike my blood sugar?
Each bar has 1 to 3 grams of sugar, no added sugar, and 10 to 11 grams of fiber, which slows how fast carbohydrates reach your blood. Everyone responds a little differently, so if you wear a continuous glucose monitor, check your own numbers after a bar. That is what I tell my patients too.
What sweetens the bars?
A small amount of stevia leaf extract. There are no artificial sweeteners and no sugar alcohols like maltitol or erythritol.
Can I eat these if I take a GLP-1 medication?
Many people on GLP-1 medications find it hard to get enough protein when their appetite is low, and a small bar with protein and fiber can help. Talk with your own provider about what fits your plan.
How much protein is in each bar?
Caramel Nut has 11 grams, Cocoa Nibs has 10 grams, and Spiced Apple has 9 grams. Each bar is 1.4 ounces and 150 to 170 calories.
Are they gluten-free and plant-based?
Yes. All three flavors are gluten-free, non-GMO, and plant-based. They contain almonds, and Caramel Nut also contains cashews. They are made in a facility that also processes eggs, soy, milk, peanuts, wheat, and tree nuts.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, and you will get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $35 or more.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Because these are food, I cannot take returns. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email info@rydright.org within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and I will make it right.
Do you sell to stores, gyms, and clinics?
Yes. I offer samples and case pricing for shops, gyms, studios, clinics, and wellness programs. Email info@rydright.org or use the contact form.
